Farnborough, 14 July 2008: Piaggio Aero Industries announces the development program for the P.180 “Flight Inspection” special version of the P.180 Avanti multi-utility aircraft. As a main contractor of the Italian Air Force, Piaggio Aero will upgrade and modernize four P-180 aircraft as well as integrate the UNIFIS 3000 flight Inspection system.

Farnborough July 14, 2008 - Piaggio Aero Industries announced that it recently signed an agreement with Jet Aviation to select Jet Aviation Dusseldorf as an Authorized Service Center for the P.180 Avanti / Avanti II aircraft. Jet Aviation Dusseldorf has already performed maintenance work for P.180 Avanti / Avanti II aircraft owners and operators for many years.
