A new Piaggio P180 Avanti full-flight simulator has received FAA Level D qualification and is going into service at FlightSafety International’s West Palm Beach, Fla., learning center.
The simulator and a comprehensive training program were developed in 14 months. FlightSafety is also working with Piaggio Aero, the fractory authorized training organization, to develop a new Avanti II flight simulator.
