No other aircraft, at any price, can deliver such a perfect blend of performance, personal comfort, and efficiency. The Pratt & Whitney, Canada PT6A-66B engines, rated at 1630 thermodynamic HP, are de-rated to 850 SHP. They are part of the world’s most trusted family of turboprop engines. They power the Avanti II to a certified altitude of 41,000 feet and speed of 402 kts. at 31,000 feet with a maximum operating mach (MMO) of 0.7. That’s significantly faster than any other turboprop and faster than many of the Avanti II’s jet competitors. And with a maximum range of 1,800 nm, the Avanti II can complete most corporate missions without the need for refueling stops. When combined with the Avanti II’s ability to take-off and land at smaller fields (less than 3,000 feet), closer to your business destinations, the Avanti II clearly offers a performance value that is unattainable from any other aircraft in its class.
The cockpit was designed with pilot efficiency in mind. The Avanti II features a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 Electronic Flight Instrument System which includes:
• Three 8”x10” color liquid crystal adaptive flight displays.
• Two display control panels.
• One cursor control panel.
• An integrated avionics processor system.
• Four data concentrator units.
The Avanti II is also equipped with a satellite based FMS 3000 flight management system and AHS 3000 attitude heading reference system.
